Lush quits social media
Lush, cosmetics retailer in the UK have quit social media this week. The company said it had had enough of algorithms and didn't want to pay to appear in newsfeeds.
Customers can now contact the company in shop, via phone or via email. It's not the first high street chain to say goodbye to social media in recent years, last year Weathersoons said goodbye to their social media accounts.
Google Docs will soon let you open Office files natively
Google Docs will soon let you open Microsoft Office files like .docx and .pptx without the need for them being converted.
The change will first be rolled out to users of the commercial G Suite offering, then to normal Google users.
Google Assistant can now read business calendars
For users that have business G Suite accounts will now be able to access their calendar using Google Assistant.
