Vodafone named as the most-complained broadband provider in the UK

Vodafone, the mobile and broadband provider has been named the UK's most-complained broadbrand provider by Ofcom.

The company received nearly double the industry average of complaints from customers.

Gmail users left unable to read their emails

Users of Google's free email service, Gmail had issues accessing their emails this week. They received a '404 Not Found' error beside a colourful robot when they clicked on their emails.

The issue only seemed to affect those in Western Europe. Since then, the company has managed to fix the issues.

Kwit Fit hit by computer virus

This week, Kwit Fit, a car garage company in Scotland were hit by a computer virus affecting all of their garages which means bookings and customer requests were disrupted. 

The company have said that customer data wasn't affected by the virus.
